As a local church, we are commanded to engage our world with the Gospel so that we can see our neighbors rooted and growing together in Christ (Matt. 28:19-20). Throughout the year, our local church strives to show and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through various outreach endeavors.

If you are passionate about sharing the Gospel or desire to be equipped, please consider joining this team. We meet on a monthly basis for prayer, preparation, and planning for church-wide outreach opportunities.

An excellent way to reach out to the community is by serving your neighbor and praying for a bridge to share the Gospel. Here are some ways you can engage your community:
Free Car Wash
Drop off a meal for first responders or a local business
Write cards of encouragement
Mow a neighbors lawn
Drop off cookies or a baked good
Prayer walk

World Help is a local Christian humanitarian organization in Forest that is serving the physical and spiritual needs of impoverished communities around the world. You can help by volunteering or donating.

The Agape Center is a Christian nonprofit that provides Christ-centered mentorship, food, clothing, hygiene products, and housewares to those in need in Central and Southwest Virginia. In partnership with local churches, like Bedrock Forest, The Agape Center works with volunteers and donations to minister to those in need. You can help by volunteering or donating.

The Blue Ridge Pregnancy Center (BRPC) exists to come alongside those facing unexpected pregnancies or in need of pregnancy support by providing free medical services, education, and practical help with a compassionate approach. It does not provide abortion, but rather answers questions about side effects, what to expect, and more. The BRPC also works with local churches to accomplish these goals. You can help by volunteering or donating.
